Job Description
Sit in the heart of Assago (MI) and drive new business opportunities for our prestigious clients. As a key member of the account management team, you will be responsible for identifying new prospects, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring profitable client engagements.
Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients (business development).
Manage and grow revenue from assigned existing client portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and maintain corporate margin.
Analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions.
Monitor market trends and spot new business opportunities.
Support partners in commercial development.

Qualifications

5‑10 years of experience in consulting or system integration (excluding software vendor or corporate roles).
Experience in at least one of the following sectors: retail, fashion, manufacturing, automotive.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Client‑focused, consultative approach with strong problem‑solving ability.
Proactive, autonomous, and team‑oriented.
University degree required.
Willingness to travel.
English proficiency (written and spoken) at least B2 level.
