Account Manager – Genova
Deliveroo is looking for a dedicated Account Manager based in Genova to join our growing rest‑aurant business team. The role was posted 2 days ago and is open to the first 25 applicants.
About the Role
Our Account Management team oversees our restaurant business brand relationships. As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants—providing support, consultancy, and data‑driven insight to help our partners grow. The Account Manager focuses on relationships with the Italian network, working closely with marketing, operations, and product to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands.
Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands and build lasting relationships with the network.
Monitor and analyse performance, share insights with partners, and identify opportunities to improve metrics and partner satisfaction.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions aligned with company goals to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and consumer value proposition.
Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials, and loyalty, impacting both absolute metrics and relative ones such as market share.
Control perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities and risks.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
P&L knowledge and strong negotiation skills.
Experience creating long‑term relationships.
Demonstrated experience using tools and related project management applications to guide best practice.
Experience in horeca, restaurants, or food markets is a plus.
Fluency in English is a plus.
