New (Senior) Product Manager at Nets|Nexi Merchant Solutions
As a (Senior) Product Manager in our Partner Experience team, you'll be at the forefront of our journey. We are looking for a generalist who can transition into working with a variety of products. This isn't just a title – it's a testament to your ability to work independently, set ambitious goals and handle large‑scale responsibilities. We value the right personality and attitude just as much as extensive experience.

In this role, you'll be part of a high‑performance team where expectations and ambitions are high, and you will have responsibility on key aspects of our product portfolio. You thrive in fast‑paced environments where delivering impactful services to our customers is your top priority. You will be working on building new products and services, you will take part in shaping, thinking and developing these.
To succeed in this role, you need to bring your true intrapreneurial skills, challenge the status quo, bring a go‑do attitude, bring forth new ideas, navigate mature and complex organisational structures and stakeholder landscapes, and be a strong communicator. You will also manage portions of investments wisely and business‑growth orientated.

Key Responsibilities in This Role Will Be
Strategic Visionary:
From day one, you'll dive into our strategic partner initiative, an ecosystem platform to maximize value for our partners and merchants.
Goal Setter:
Define the product strategy and set clear objectives to anchor our vision and translate it into key capabilities across teams and markets.
Collaborator:
Work closely with stakeholders, UX, and group IT specialists to ensure timely and quality outcomes across the domains, and align the expectation management.
Pathfinder:
Help define strategic paths for various products within Partner Experience products, and confidently present concise messages to a broad stakeholder landscape, including senior management.
Executer:
Ensure that roadmaps and delivery teams are enabled to bring products designed to life.
Qualifications Needed to Be Successful in This Role
Generalist with a passion for product management and a knack for strategic thinking.
Excited by the challenge of working in the product stages towards scale product monetisation.
Driving through iterative cycles of discovery, implementation and data‑driven refinement, balancing user needs with business goals to deliver measurable value.
Having toolbox at hand and orientate such structure, but still thrive in the unknown.
Self‑driven, proactive, spotting gaps and executing on them is a must.
Clear decision maker, not afraid of challenging the status quo to ensure direction of strategy.
Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
Natural communicator, comfortable presenting to senior management, diverse stakeholders and across functions.
Proficiency in English, while Italian / Danish / German understanding can be beneficial.
We Imagine a Candidate With The Following Experience
5+ years as a Product Manager.
Proven track record of delivering results with impact in complex organisations.
Payment industry knowledge is a plus.
Knowing what the personae needs of an ISV/ECR are is a plus.
Working with B2B product propositions is a plus.
