Key Account Manager – Italy (Milan)
HiPay is a European Fin Tech company specializing in secure, innovative payment solutions that help merchants boost their performance and enhance customer experience.
As a Key Account Manager based in Milan, you will play a central role in managing and developing a portfolio of strategic Italian clients, while contributing to HiPay’s overall growth in Southern Europe.
Main Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of key Italian clients, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty, and commercial success.
Develop tailored account strategies to drive business growth, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and maximize value creation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers (C‑level, e‑commerce directors, finance managers, etc.).Conduct regular business reviews and performance analyses to ensure continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (technical, product, compliance, data, support) to deliver seamless and effective solutions.
Provide strategic and functional advice on HiPay’s payment solutions, highlighting product benefits and innovative features.
Act as the voice of the customer, identifying evolving needs and contributing to the improvement of our offers and services.
Ensure accurate reporting of activities, forecasts, and results to management.

Your Profile Minimum 4 years of experience in key account management or business development, ideally within payments, e‑commerce, or technology sectors.
Strong ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative, customer‑focused mindset.
Analytical and results‑driven, comfortable with data and performance metrics.
Autonomous, organized, and adaptable – thriving in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus).Recruitment Process Introductory call (~15 min) with the People and Office Manager Italy.
