Manages special projects related to Merchant business, collaborating with other departments to define the best implementation strategy. Successfully delivers results in line with each project plan’s timeline and established KPIs. Actively contributes to achieving both qualitative (process optimization) and quantitative (merchant network growth) objectives across the department.
What you’ll be doing :
Serves as the department’s point of reference for internal process optimization and the development of new workflows. Works closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to simplify, optimize, eliminate, and/or automate manual or inefficient processes;
Supports the strategic planning of merchant campaigns and develops a semi‑annual or annual implementation plan;
Maintains CRM data (Salesforce): manages records, dashboards, workflows, and sales process KPIs and best practices, personally overseeing necessary optimizations and/or developments;
Designs and implements an efficient lead routing process for the merchant sales area, monitoring response times and generating dedicated reports for management;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
CRM software (Salesforce);
Knowledge of the industry or market is a plus.
Work Experience Requirements:
Min 2‑3 years of work experience
Prior exposure to complex data systems, BI tools, reporting tools
