Account Executive

Location: Via Milano

Account Executive (Hybrid)
Full‑time, Milan, Italy – required to work in the Milan office once a week.
Responsibilities

Monitor customer feedback to identify and resolve issues.
Review and resolve discrepancies, e.g. credit card reconciliation.
Work with customers to develop a business plan or support its execution.
Apply quality/account management methodology and customer service best practices.
Use CRM tools and technology enablers to support client needs.
Analyze data and develop client‑specific plans from a project experience standpoint.

Qualifications

Knowledge of project management and BCD Travel products and services.
Extensive travel‑industry experience through agency or procurement roles, and strong business analysis and financial acumen.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics.
Good command of English.

Experience with client technology tools.
College/Associate/University degree or equivalent experience.
