For our Finance department, we are looking for a   Purchase to Pay Intern   .

The selected candidate will support the PTP function, with a focus on reviewing and optimizing the accounts payable cycle (supplier invoicing and payments), also through the introduction of AI/automation tools. The goal is to acquire accounting, project management and technological innovation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Support the review and optimization of Purchase to Pay processes
Participate in feasibility analysis and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions
Support month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Test and support the validation of new automated workflows, gathering feedback from key users
Monitor accounts payable processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
Support supplier invoice processing, expense reports and adherence to local financial regulations
Contribute to managing supplier master data, ensuring updates, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (for data analysis)
Good knowledge of technical and business English
