We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warranty Specialist to join the SAIC Motor Italy Aftersales team. The role is essential to the balance of the work group and to creating a solid link between the workshop network and SAIC Motor Italy.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional organisational and analytical skills, a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Analysis and verification of warranty processes entered by dealerships belonging to the official SAIC Motor Italy network

Verification and approval of entered warranties (both from a technical and procedural point of view)
Assistance to the authorised network for the entry and completion of warranty requests

Maintenance of the workshop network registry in SAIC Motor warranty systems

Creation and delivery of training for the authorised network warranty personnel

Possible visits to the authorised network for the purpose of warranty audits

Support for new dealers to start up after-sales services

Drafting of regular internal warranty reports to monitor the costs and performance of the dealerships

Drafting of regular warranty reports to the dealerships to improve the efficiency of their work

Qualifications

First or second level degree

High level of familiarity with the office package and aptitude for the use of spare parts and warranty portals

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English Analytical and proactive skills

Willingness to travel
