Logistics and Administrative Intern
Ralph Lauren is looking for Logistics and administrative Intern to join the Sourcing WW Team Italy based in Casalecchio di Reno for 6 months internship. The intern will be supporting the team in different activities related to international shipments, relations with vendors, payments, data maintenance, etc.

Responsibilities

Support in package shipments and management of related shipping documentation

Seasonal Vintage Proto management (inbound & outbound tracking)

Act as a point of contact for HTS code requests and management for shipments

Invoice verification related to sample shipments across all product categories

Press support: follow-up on deliveries with vendors and update delivery dates on AT

ATA Carnet management: coordination of shipments and related documentation

Support during fittings, including taking photos and assisting with model dressing

Maintain organization and order of the trims archive

Qualifications

Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic fashion environment

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and reporting

Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) in an international fashion context

Fluent in Italian language

We offer 6 months internship.
