We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to provide support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain strict confidentiality, and serve as a reliable point of contact. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings—including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional integrity at all times.
Organize and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and requests.
Prepare and process expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation.
Support the executive in planning and executing strategic initiatives and special projects.
Maintain efficient filing and information management systems (digital and physical).
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks across the executive’s areas of responsibility.
Assist with event coordination, logistics, and internal communications as needed.
Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
