Job Description

Responsible for the daily administrative management of the Italian office, including but not limited to space management of the office area, fixed asset management, mail and courier management, office network and communication management, and administrative supplier management.
Responsible for the management of company‑leased apartments, including but not limited to apartment leasing and termination, daily apartment operations management, improving apartment facilities, and enhancing employees’ living experience.
Collaborate with HR and business departments to plan various employee activities and welfare programs, enhancing employee satisfaction in the office.
Coordinate with the headquarters in China to build and optimize the administrative service system, including the establishment of systems, processes, and service standards, planning and managing administrative expenses, with strong coordination and collaboration skills.
Provide other business support, conduct administrative service satisfaction surveys, assist with employee travel arrangements, etc.

Requirements

University degree or above;
Fluent in Italian and Chinese.
Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
Strong logical analysis and cost awareness.
A keen sense of aesthetics with attention to detail.
