To support our new office in Turin, we are looking for a Office and Sales Administrator (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities General administrative tasks and service support

Handling and distributing mail as well as courier services

Organization and assistance with meetings and events

Supervise IT systems (e.g., intranet, contracts management, CRM)
Vehicle management (pool vehicles, driver’s license checks)
Processing orders and quotations, including data maintenance and reporting

Accounting support

Your Profile Experience in administrative roles

Strong organizational skills, independent and committed work style, and team spirit

Business-fluent in Italian and fluent in English Valid Class B driver’s license
