** In order to get closer to its customers and to expand its business, dSPACE is going to open an Italian location with a focus on Sales and Engineering.

To support our new office in Turin, we are looking for a Office and Sales Administrator (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.####
** Your Responsibilities
*** General administrative tasks and service support
* Handling and distributing mail as well as courier services
* Organization and assistance with meetings and events
* Supervise IT systems (e.g., intranet, contracts management, CRM)
* Vehicle management (pool vehicles, driver’s license checks)
* Processing orders and quotations, including data maintenance and reporting
* Accounting support####
** Your Profile
*** Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience in administrative roles
* Strong organizational skills, independent and committed work style, and team spirit
* Business-fluent in Italian and fluent in English
* Valid Class B driver’s license
