Accountant Intern

What you will do

As part of our Accounting team, you will have the opportunity to gain a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will be accountable and have the autonomy to handle your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Post accounting journal entries in SAP in accordance with company procedures
Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
Download financial data and create reports and summaries using Excel
Prepare intercompany service forms and manage the signature process through Docu Sign
Support the preparation and circulation of SOX compliance documentation and ensure signatures are collected on time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Assist the finance team in monthly and quarterly closing activities
Maintain accurate and organized records of accounting documents

What you need to succeed
Student in Economics, Finance or similar fields
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.

We offer an initial 6 months paid internship.
800 euro, company computer, meal ticket, smart working.
