Junior Accountant

Location: Colombella

Manpower is looking for a Junior Accountant for a leading company in customs and transport services.
Responsibilities  The role involves managing accounts payable, treasury operations, and general accounting activities. Key tasks include invoice recording, payment processing, preparation of accruals, and support for month-end and year-end closing. The position also requires handling VAT and tax reports, maintaining relationships with auditors and tax advisors, and assisting in the preparation of documentation for external audits.
Requirements   Previous experience in accounting is preferred
Good knowledge of basic accounting procedures and GAAP principles
Familiarity with financial statements and general ledger functions
Hands-on experience with SAP or similar accounting software
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power BI)
Fluent in English (B1/B2 level);
French is a plus
Soft Skills   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Numerical aptitude and analytical mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proactive attitude and problem-solving capability
Contract Details   Duration: 1-year temporary contract through Manpower
