Accounting Specialist
Per la nostra sede di Scarperia e San Piero (FI), siamo alla ricerca di un/una Accounting Apprentice
Scopo del ruolo
All’interno dell'ufficio Finance & Accounting, l'apprendista fornisce supporto al team nelle attività amministrative e contabili quotidiane, acquisendo nel contempo competenze pratiche e teoriche fondamentali per garantire una gestione ed efficiente delle procedure contabili ed amministrative.
Principali attività e responsabilità

Registrazione delle operazioni contabili (fatture clienti/fornitori, scritture contabili)
Supporto nella riconciliazione bancaria e nella gestione dei pagamenti
Archiviazione dei documenti contabili ed amministrativi
Collaborazione nella preparazione di report finanziari di base
Assistenza nelle attività di chiusura mensile ad annuale
Aggiornamento dei dati nei sistemi gestionali

Il profilo ricercato ha le seguenti caratteristiche

Diploma di scuola superiore ad indirizzo economico
Interesse per la contabilità e la gestione amministrativa
Capacità di gestire il lavoro in modo organizzato e metodico
Buone conoscenze di strumenti informatici, in particolare Excel
Capacità di lavorare in team ed attitudine positiva all'apprendimento e allo sviluppo delle proprie competenze
