Key Results / Main Accountabilities Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.

Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.

Payable control, checking and tracking for supplier’s and employee’s payment requests.

Bank account operations (payments, receivable tracking, F24).Preparation of other journal entries (General Ledger: labor costs, accruals, referrals etc.) to ensure all business transactions are recorded, in accordance with the national OIC accounting principles.

Account reconciliations

Tax obligations, VAT settlement, F24, 770.Management of the Assets Area with relative control of depreciation.

Collaborate on the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.

Monthly reporting according to the IFRS GAAP.Follow the factoring credit.

Relationship with external auditors and Internal Audit;
Tax consultants, banks.

Internal administrative interface, with Customers and  part in SAP systems implementation.

Check accounts in the local accounting system and SAP during the implementation process and after go live.

Professional Experience & Skills5-7 years professional experience, with passion in the automotive industry.

IFRS GAAP knowledge would be a plus.

SAP knowledge is a must.

Accuracy and compliance with deadlines.

Fluent in Italian and English.
