Manager, Retail

Italy based ONIVERSE founded in 1986, one of the largest international companies in the retail sector. ONIVERSE has 111 stores in Turkey including Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Intimissimi Uomo, Falconeri brands.

Now, ONIVERSE is looking for a District Manager passionate, goal oriented and willing to join the fast growing company in the Turkey Market.

• Maximize store performance in order to achieve targets and goals with strong focus on team management.
• Improve client service and monitor store teams compliance with ONIVERSE’s standards acting as a role‑model.
• Team management; recruitment, training, performance evaluation.
• Build a bridge between stores and head quarter, reporting to area managers.
• Make commercial analysis and take actions according to data.
• Apply ONIVERSE’s visual standards from Italy; control visual operations and store organizations.

• Minimum 2 years of sales and team management experience.
• University degree is preferred. (Master Degree is a plus.)
• Fluency in English.
• Flexible working hours and no restriction to travel.
• Driver license, at least 2 years.
