Eventflare, a fast-growing global start-up, is looking for anEvent Superhero in Istanbul to help clients execute unforgettable events and close deals with a head-on spirit. Whether in Europe, LATAM, Southeast Asia, or the Middle East, our team is shaping the future of corporate events in 33+ cities (and counting)!

Since our beginnings in Brussels, we’ve gone global, empowering businesses like Airbnb, Amazon, Gucci, BCG, Git Hub, and the European Commission to discover, compare, and book unique venues for their meetings, conferences, after works, and workshops—quickly and effortlessly.

Your Mission:

• Lead, close, and follow up on global leads to reinforce our sales team.
• Stay in close contact with clients, guiding them through the entire event journey.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and suppliers (venues, hotels, catering, etc.).
• Mediate and resolve issues swiftly and professionally, balancing commercial and firm approaches.
• Stay on top of all your deals while managing new incoming client inquiries.
• Upsell opportunities by covering the full event journey—from conferences to evening dinners and hotels.
• Build and maintain warm, lasting relationships with key client accounts.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding deals and nurture returning clients.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Lightning-fast responsiveness when writing and replying to emails.
• A love for making phone calls and connecting with clients daily.
• A preference for the thrill of the chase over routine farming.
• Ambition and a ‘can-do’ mentality with the drive to get things done.
• Strong problem-solving skills; you find solutions, not excuses.
• Exceptional English and Arab communication skills (min. B2 level). Additional languages are a plus!
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to managing client inquiries and deals.
• A passion for discovering and curating unique venues and event experiences.
• A creative mindset and a love for thinking outside the box.
• A vibrant personality ready to work hard and play harder with the team.
