We are looking for a passionate part-time soccer coach to serve children ages 2‑8. We are currently searching for 4 coaches for our Seattle program at the location below.

Location: Issaquah, WA 98027.

Requirements
  • Must be able to commit to at least 2 seasons (4 months)
  • Must have weekday morning availability 8:30 am – 11:30 am
Who We Are
  • We provide premier children’s soccer experiences through 30‑45 minute sessions at schools, childcare centers, and park programs.
  • We operate all year round (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) and assign classes over the course of a season.
  • We coach at multiple locations in King County with more than 2,000 children enrolled annually.

The Job
  • Engage children aged 2‑8 with enthusiasm and creativity.
  • Arrive to classes on time, commit to the season length.
  • Conduct soccer sessions, including setup and takedown.
  • Encourage character development through positive reinforcement.
  • Utilize Soccer Shots’ curriculum and teaching techniques.
  • Lead groups of 10‑12 kids for 30‑45 minute classes.
  • Follow safety and attendance protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

Qualifications
  • Energetic, reliable, organized.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Access to reliable transportation (car).
  • Ability to stand, jog, and model children’s soccer skills.
  • Completed high school degree.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
