Aboutthe Role
As a Project Success Coordinator, you will support the assigned Parks Consultant for the designated territory, helping to deliver a top‑notch customer experience while meeting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
Responsibilities- Quoting
:
Create quotes for customers using Salesforce, ensuring all necessary information from the Sales Representative is included. - Order Placement
:
Convert approved quotes into sales orders, transferring accurate information for billing, shipping, and logistics. - Contract Document Review
:
Validate customer contract documents and sign‑off for NPEI Management against:- Scope of Work
- Wage Requirements
- Completion Dates/Requirements
- Safety Plans
- Lead‑time feasibility
- Penalty Clauses (if listed)
- Resale Certificate/Exemption
- Redlined sections we do not agree to
- Full contract completion
- Bid Packaging
:
Assist in assembling bids for projects, collecting bid documents, project names, locations, bid due dates, and contractor details. - Customer & Vendor Communication
:
Maintain effective communication with customers and vendors regarding quotes, orders, and related inquiries. Collaborate with vendors for pricing. - Phone Management & Customer/Sales Support
:
Be available via telephone, web meetings, or other channels to provide prompt support and resolve issues. - Presentation Support
:
Assemble packets and posters for presentations and sales/marketing events as needed. - Parts Support
:
Work with customers and manufacturers to resolve parts cases within 72 hours and submit warranty claims or new parts quotes if out of warranty. - Cross‑Department Assistance
:
Offer support to Logistics, Accounting, and other departments when required. - Database Management
:
Use Salesforce to organize and manage accounts, contacts, opportunities, and tasks, keeping records up‑to‑date. - Document Management
:
Maintain physical and digital project files, organizing quotes, bids, tax rates, vendor quotes, freight details, and email chains. - Customer Support
:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and act as a helpful resource. - Relationship Building
:
Cultivate positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members for a collaborative environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, growing organization, and to learn and adapt to change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Salesforce or related CRM experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
- Willingness to partner and solve problems cross‑departmentally.
- 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday (overtime as needed).
- Onsite at the Issaquah office.
- Remote 1 day per week after the 90‑day introductory period.
- $24.00–$26.00 per hour.
