As a NAPA Counter Sales, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers' automotive needs. No need to be able to tear down engines, but a background in automotive parts is preferred. • Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
• Assisting team members with automotive questions.
• Delivering outstanding customer care and engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs.

• Enjoy helping customers with auto parts questions.
• Have experience in the automotive industry or enjoy tinkering with vehicles.
• Are willing to learn automotive knowledge.
• Want to grow your career in a supportive environment.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong listening skills and customer empathy.

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership industries.
• Experience with cataloging or inventory management systems.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• ASE Certifications (a plus but not required).
