Sr. Technical Program Manager - Retail System Infrastructure Modernization

Red Cloud seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager – Retail Systems Modernization to support immediate client operations. We are seeking multiple Senior Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to support a large-scale platform replacement and modernization initiative that impacts all aspects of enterprise infrastructure. This program involves a combination of custom development, systems integration, and select off-the-shelf capabilities. Senior TPMs will own individual work streams, ensuring alignment with program goals while driving execution in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment.

• Define and manage individual work streams within the overall program
• Develop workstream strategies, timelines, and deliverables
• Establish and manage program rhythms, governance models, and reporting processes
• Drive risk management planning and mitigation strategies
• Oversee resource planning and management across assigned work streams
• Design and execute executive-level reporting strategies
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Adapt to evolving priorities and pivot strategies as needed

• 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Technical Program Manager in enterprise technology environments
• Proven background managing complex, multi-workstream technology initiatives, ideally within retail systems (purchase orders, items, vendor management, etc.)
• Experience in modernization and digital transformation programs
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills
• Consulting background and experience in Fortune 500 environments strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage roadmaps, strategies, and resource plans in high visibility initiatives
• Prior experience with large-scale retail organizations
• Familiarity with platform replacements or legacy modernization initiatives
• Blend of technical understanding with business process expertise
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

Compensation range for position is $162,000 – 180,000 DOE.
