School-Based Unique Needs Specialist – Full Time | Issaquah, WA |  School Year

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated
School-Based Unique Needs Specialist / RBT
to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year in Issaquah, Washington. This is a full-time, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you’re an experienced school-based RBT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we’d love to hear from you!

  Full Time, 2025–2026 school year
• Setting:
  In-person, secondary setting
• Start Date:
  
  ASAP

• Provide school-based behavioral support services
• Provide thorough documentation and collaborate with IEP team
• Work alongside teachers and special education staff
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes

• Must have experience working with students with behavioral needs
• Washington CBT license highly preferred
• RBT certification from BACB board highly preferred
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
