Gersh Autism is seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team and work in one of our brand new, state‑of‑the‑art classrooms in Cougar Mountain.
Job Responsibilities- Provide appropriate and individualized therapy and interventions to students
- Collect data on student’s progress
- Assess students’ progress to inform continued instruction
- Support team with the development of social and language skills of their students
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
- Use Central Reach parent portal
- Demonstrate professionalism in classroom while adhering to the mission, vision and philosophy of AYM.
- Prep and clean up therapy space each day
- WA License as Speech and Language Pathologist (CCCs)
- Understanding of the needs of students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities
- PROMPT trained
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Computer proficiency (e.g., database, word processing, etc.)
- Some travel in between Bellevue and Cougar Mountain locations required to provide Speech services to students
- 8AM-3:30PM (and once a week until 4PM for a team meeting)

The pay range for this role is:
90, USD per year (Cougar Mountain, WA)
