School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Issaquah, WA | 2025–2026 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the rest of the 2025–2026 school year in Issaquah, Washington. We’re a therapist‑operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in‑person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem — we provide mentorship and support!

  Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) – Unique Caseload in the School Setting! (Middle School Caseload – includes home‑bound services for medically fragile students within the district boundary)
• Schedule:
  
  Full Time 1.0 FTE
• School Year: 2025–2026
• Start Date:
  
  ASAP thru the end of the school year
• In‑person only

• Provide speech‑language therapy services in a K–12 school setting
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
• Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

• Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
