The physical therapist (PT) delivers and supervises physical therapy services; evaluates patients, develops individualized plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implements the plans, reassesses treatment results, and actively participates in discharge planning. Services are delivered within a team approach, including appropriate disciplines, significant others, and the patient. The role may include provision of care for pediatric and adolescent orthopedic patients and requires coverage of both inpatient and outpatient services at Ballard and Issaquah clinics.

All services are conducted in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts, and current accepted state of the art practice.

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Washington Physical Therapist license upon hire
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire

$49.40 – $76.68 per hour, with additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives and bonus opportunities available.
