GENERAL SUMMARY
The Operations Associate contributes to overall club operation by assisting in roles throughout the club. They provide member service, maintain cleanliness, and demonstrate a positive, professional attitude. This role builds operations and hospitality knowledge and offers career growth.

• Greet members and guests upon arrival to the Club.
• Check members in by verifying their membership.
• Ensure all guests complete a Guest Registration Waiver and pay applicable fees.
• Book appointments, programs, and class reservations.
• Provide information regarding club programming and facilities.
• Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and associates.
• Represent the club professionally through image, dress, and communication.
• Provide membership sales team with guest/prospect lead contact information.

• Operate cash register.

• Handle cash and balance drawer each shift.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Answer and transfer phone calls.

• Create and serve food and beverage items.
• Promote daily specials and encourage upgrades.

• State Food Handler Certification.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) state certification if serving alcohol.

• Greet members and guests upon arrival to the Pool Area.
• Act as Host in the designated area or event space.
• Work with the F&B team to offer food and drinks from designated outlets.
• Offer seating and provide a tour of pool deck amenities.
• Communicate and book appointments for programs and events.
• Provide information regarding club programming and facility updates.
• Assist with maintaining refreshment stations.
• Provide towels as needed.

• Greet each member with a smile.
• Check members and guests in by verifying membership.
• Audit cars parked in the garage as necessary.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and stock levels throughout the club.
• Perform detailed cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Restock vanity supplies and replenish inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with laundry functions.

• Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate.
• Participate actively in required events, programs, meetings, and trainings.

• Flexibility in work schedule, including day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of company policies.

• At least one year experience in hospitality or related service position preferred.
• Food Safety certified (if applicable).
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and willing to acquire new skills.
• Well‑organized and detail oriented.
• CPR certified.

The Associate is regularly required to stand for extended periods, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, speak and hear, lift or move up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks requiring close and distance vision. The noise level is usually moderate.
