GENERAL SUMMARY
Party Hosts provide friendly, enthusiastic service for our party customers. A Party Host sets the tone for a memorable celebration by leading fun activities for the children while the parents sit back and enjoy the party. You will greet families, serve food and beverages, and guide children through scheduled activities, providing an exceptional experience to guests.

Primary Job Functions- Responsible for set up and cleanup of party areas.
- Greet parties and assist customers with waiver completion.
- Explain the rules and policies.
- Accompany children during pre‑arranged activities.
- Serve food, beverages, and cake.
- Manage party gifts and belongings to ensure they remain with guests.
- Monitor timing to ensure parties stay on schedule.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues to ensure a great experience.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job function satisfactorily.
Skills & Knowledge- Problem Anticipation / Deductive Reasoning – Ability to identify potential problems and apply general rules to specific situations.
- Written Comprehension and Expression – Ability to read, understand and communicate information in writing.
- Oral Comprehension and Expression – Ability to understand and communicate verbally.
- Computer – Ability to develop and maintain records in Word, Excel, and other required software.
- Party Hosts are team players who are enthusiastic, friendly, organized, reliable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must communicate clearly.
- Must work weekends.
- Food Handler's Permit required.
Physical Requirements
- Regular interaction with residents and clients via in‑person, phone, and email.
- No extreme environmental conditions.
- May need to resolve difficult situations with unpleasant or angry people.
- Must adapt to a frequently changing environment.
- Requires sitting and standing as needed.
