Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview

We have an immediate opening for a temporary Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic and motivated manufacturing team in the Issaquah, WA (Preston) area. High volume AP experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred;
Experience in food and beverage manufacturing and working with Dynamics 365 and/or Concur is a plus.

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Schedule:

Full Time, Monday through Friday

Duration: 3 to 6 months temporary – Possibility to convert to permanent employment for strong performers

• Must be willing to be onsite at the Preston, WA office at least 3 days per week.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2‑4 years of Accounts Payable experience required.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Concur is a huge plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication required.

• Process a few hundred invoices per week.
