Full Stack Java Developer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Full Stack Java Developer to join our Uni Que Ispra team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.
What will you be bringing to the team?
Design and develop both front-end and back-end website architecture and applications.
Create user interactions and responsive designs for web pages, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.
Develop and integrate core business logic, servers, and databases to ensure functionality and scalability.
Design and implement data storage solutions, including security and data protection mechanisms.
Build and maintain APIs for internal and external use.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-platform compatibility.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack.
Maintain code integrity, structure, and organization throughout the development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot, test, and fix bugs or other coding issues by compiling and analyzing data, processes, and code.
Participate in the design and development of scalable software systems and solutions.
Take ownership or lead projects, as needed, ensuring alignment with business and user requirements.
Ensure solutions meet both technical specifications and consumer needs.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed systems and features.
What do you need to succeed in this position?
Proficiency in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Angular and Bootstrap.
Strong command of back-end languages and frameworks, including Java, PHP, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Solid understanding of the web development lifecycle, programming best practices, and development tools.
Familiarity with database technologies such as Oracle and Mongo

DB.
Working knowledge of code versioning tools like Git or SVN.
Good knowledge of English
