About the Role
We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Responsive Repairs Operative to join our team in North London. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day responsive maintenance and repair works across residential properties, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Attend and complete responsive repair jobs within residential properties
Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs across a range of trades
Complete works such as basic carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and general maintenance
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied properties
Accurately record work completed and materials used Requirements
Previous experience in responsive repairs, property maintenance, or a similar role
Multi-trade skills across areas such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, or tiling
Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
