• Opening and closing the school premises
• General maintenance and basic repairs
• Ensuring the building and grounds are clean, safe, and well maintained
• Carrying out health and safety checks
• Setting up rooms for school activities and events
• Monitoring site security and reporting any issues promptly

• Previous caretaker, site assistant, or maintenance experience (preferred)
• Good practical and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
