Teaching Assistant

Overview

Our primary schools across Islington are looking for teaching assistants who have experience supporting children from ages 4-11. We have a supportive network of schools with expert staff and opportunities for professional development. Our schools are looking for TAs with a background in and a passion for education, offering a dynamic and diverse setting where you can apply and master strategies for working across a variety of age groups.

Experience is preferred, so this is a good opportunity if you’re looking to progress onto teaching roles and continue a career in education.

• Have experience working with primary age children
• Be flexible, proactive and patient
• Be able to communicate effectively within a team
• Be resilient, passionate and driven to go above and beyond for children of all needs
• Holds a registered DBS or be willing to apply for one ASAP
