The Role:

1:1 Learning Support Assistant

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to a key child in Year 1, helping them access learning, follow routines, and develop socially and emotionally. You will work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to implement support strategies, adapt learning activities, and encourage positive behaviour and engagement.

This role requires a calm and consistent approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting a child’s individual needs both in and out of the classroom.
