A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, based in London, are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team.

The successful Senior Project Manager will be joining a strong, close knit team who work in a variety of sectors, but with an emphasis on Residential including High End.

About the role:

The successful Senior Project Manager will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. This will initially be on High End Residential Projects, currently at early procurement stage.

The role would ideally suit someone with a proven track record in similar sectors of industry.

The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for a major client and will be the go to person throughout the project cycle.

They will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company.

About the requirements:

* Technically skilled in most aspects of Construction Project Management

* Focus on attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

* Project leadership skills with regard to specific project tasks.

* Willingness to tackle challenges and solve problems.

* Desire to develop Client and other project relationships.

* Ability to understand outcomes not just outputs.

* Ideally MRICS or similar professional qualification.

* Demonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry.

About the salary:

* Up to £85,000 (DOE)
