• Supporting the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the office
• Arranging and carrying out Market Appraisals
• Building relationships with new clients and nurturing existing ones
• Ensuring clients’ expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them
• Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone
• Overseeing the client experience with Marcus Telford, ensuring they receive the highest levels of service, all of the time
