Job Overview- Supporting the kitchen team in basic food preparation
- Supporting the kitchen team in their cleaning routine to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Managing receipt of deliveries and efficient storage, compliant with food hygiene regulations
- Preparation for breakfast service
- Managing the breakfast service operation
- Supporting Front of House and managing the food counters during lunch service
- Supporting Front of House service operations by replenishing service stations
- Ensuring that any concerns you observe, or are raised with you in your role, are shared with the Safeguarding Team through appropriate channels
- Experience of food handling and usage of kitchen equipment
- Previous exposure and responsibility to Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards
- A self‑starter with a high level of initiative and proactivity
- Great communication skills with an ability to motivate others
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Quick learner and able to follow instructions
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- To comply with all Club policies, including health and safety, data regulations and other legal, ethical and social requirements
- To build and maintain good working relationships while maintaining a professional image
- To keep confidential any information gained regarding the Club and its personnel
- To always maintain a flexible approach to work
