Job Title: Assembler

Location: Isleworth, Hounslow, Middlesex - TW7

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Contract Type: Full-time

Start Date: Immediate start available (early joiners preferred)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established design and manufacturing company specialising in equipment carrying cases. The role involves hands‑on mechanical assembly work, using both electric and pneumatic hand tools. You will work from engineering drawings to assemble components into finished products, with full training available for candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

• Assemble mechanical components and products from engineering drawings
• Use hand tools (electric and pneumatic) safely and effectively
• Inspect moulded products for defects and irregularities
• Maintain and utilise all assembly equipment provided
• Accurately assess product quality and meet operational targets
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Participate in continuous improvement and waste management activities
• Work in a safe, methodical, and team-focused manner

• Previous experience in mechanical or assembly-based roles preferred
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Experience using hand tools
• Understanding of methodical, repetitive assembly processes
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness
• Physically capable of standing, lifting, bending, and handling components safely
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
• Eligible to work in the UK
