Registered Nurse; RGN - Bank - Care Home

Overview

As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.

• Develop tailored care plans and provide detailed risk assessments
• Take clinical responsibility for delivering safe and effective nursing care
• Administer medicines safely and carefully, and monitor residents’ health
• Use professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions and provide high standards of care

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
• Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
• Dedicated, compassionate and person-centred in approach to nursing
