Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management within cards, payments, or digital banking
- Proven experience delivering credit card launches and refresh programs
- Strong understanding of cards lifecycle and payment processing
- Experience working with Mar Tech platforms and digital ecosystems
- Exposure to Gen AI, AI/ML, personalization engines, or conversational AI
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies
