Quality Documentation Engineer

Client: Precision Cleaning Company
Location: Irwindale
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $25/hr

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Create and maintain procedures, SOPs, etc.
• Translate operational tasks into standardized documents.
• Ensure proper formatting, terminology, compliance, and accuracy.
• Manage version control and approvals.
• Conduct process observations and walkthroughs.
• Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement needs.
• Align documentation with QMS, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Support internal audits.
• Serve as a liaison between the departments.
• Manage document requests, distribution, and archival activities.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Ideal candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications demonstrated through previous work experience:

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience with quality systems and/or process documentation.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally at all levels.
• ISO 9001 or similar standards experience.
• Background in engineering, documentation, QA, and technical writing.
• Document control or QMS software experience.
• Ability to create flowcharts, process diagrams, and visual aids.
