Infosys is seeking Principal SAP ISU FICA Consultant

As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in engaging with business and functional teams to provide best-fit technical solutions while conforming to client and Infosys development standards. You will also support knowledge transfer to enable our clients to meet changing needs of the global landscape.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. 3 years of progressive experience may be considered in lieu of one year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.

  Irwindale, CA. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

• At least 11 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in at least one of the ISU FICA modules.
• Experience across Electricity (preferred), Gas, or Water Utilities industries in North America.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end lifecycle implementation, including:
• Requirement gathering
• Business process design
• SAP configuration
• RICEFW Functional design
• Systems and Integration Testing
• Resolving production issues
• Key process and architectural knowledge in FICA areas such as Incoming & Outgoing Payment, Meter-to-cash cycle, Account Determination, Collection strategy, Billing integration, month‑end closure, reconciliation, revenue distribution, and fundamental knowledge of other ISU processes.
• Experience in BRF+ and Dunning by collection strategy.
• In-depth knowledge of the product offering in FICA and domain expertise.
• Strong client‑facing experience, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in advanced Excel‑based data analysis of SAP ISU data.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinate delivery between onsite and offshore.
• Flexible work timings to accommodate offshore overlaps twice a day.

The job requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time. Employees must be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
