Pay Rate: $35-$36 per hour

Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. If you are committed to delivering exceptional resident care in a professional and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

• Manage and accurately order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide personalized care in alignment with each resident’s individualized care plan.
• Perform nursing procedures, including wound care, treatments, and other essential duties.
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of resident observations and care outcomes.
• Uphold resident privacy and confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA standards.

• Current and valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care is preferred but not required.
