Our offices and manufacturing facilities are located in Irvington, NJ—approximately 14 miles west of New York City.
Responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to support high-quality and cost-effective production. This role involves close collaboration with product development, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
:
- Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to support production goals, working closely with operations.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation projects.
- Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Partner with R&D and product design teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability (DFM/DFA).
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to manufacturing performance (e.g., OEE, yield, downtime, scrap).
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Develop budgets and capital expenditure plans for manufacturing engineering initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
- Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with CAD, ERP/MES systems, and industrial automation technologies.
