Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing order fulfillment, inventory management, material handling, and general warehouse operations in a climate-controlled environment. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

• Perform warehouse duties including order fulfillment, picking, and filling orders.
• Use RF hand scanners for inventory and order processing.
• Handle packaging tasks and perform inventory counts.
• Work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch as required.
• Stand or walk for extended periods.

• 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving procedures.
• Experience as an order puller.
• Strong attention to detail with part numbers and lot numbers to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Ability to meet and sustain performance, quality, and attendance standards.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Strong communication skills and cooperative teamwork.

• Forklift experience.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Ability to identify lot numbers.
• Experience in picking and order fulfillment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
