Location: Irving, TX

Compensation: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Sun – Thurs, 1 p.m. until done

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results.

• Up to $18.00/hour starting pay
• $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus just for joining the team!
• Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full‑time employment

• Product Handling:
  Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing:
  Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading:
  Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation:
  Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy:
  Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step

• Clean & Safe Workplace:
  Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility:
  Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift products up to 75 lbs. consistently
• Comfortable working on feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
• Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Willingness to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
• Forklift operator or other pallet truck (PIT) equipment experience (preferred)
