Dockworker Part-Time without CDL

TForce Freight is seeking a reliable, safety‑focused individual to join our growing logistics team as a part‑time Dockworker without a CDL. In this position you will ensure freight is loaded safely and efficiently for delivery on time and in good condition to our customers. This includes operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, hydraulic jacks and extended belts, as well as the safe operation of tractors and trailers when required for freight pick‑up or delivery.

• Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Print and process BOL for daily deliveries.
• Palletize all damaged, pence‑aged, and RTV merchandise.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
• Help maintain and care for dock equipment.
• Unload cargo using cranes or forklifts.
• Secure shipments upon arrival and prior to departure.
• Operate a commercial vehicle transporting goods to various locations safely and efficiently as needed.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and safety protocols.

• Forklift operator certification.
• Impeccable customer service and dedication.
• Ability to perform essential job functions without obvious risk of injury to self or co‑workers.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
