Job Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Motorcoach Bus Operator to join our team in Irving, TX. As a Charter Driver, you will provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation services to a diverse clientele. Your responsibilities include operating a 56‑passenger bus, ensuring timely pickups, and maintaining safe transportation practices. • Pick up passengers at assigned locations promptly.
• Always maintain top‑notch customer service.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑trip bus inspections for each shift.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
• Submit reports.
• Follow assigned routes and make designated stops.
• Assist passengers with luggage as needed.
• Ensure the safety of passengers, other vehicles, pedestrians, and bicyclists.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• CDL Class B with Passenger and Airbrakes endorsements.
• Minimum 2 years of charter bus driving experience.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment background checks, drug screen, DOT physical, and MVR.
• Ability to drive and work outdoors.
• School Bus certificate helpful but not required.

• Able to lift and move baggage up to 50 lbs, maneuver stairs, and repeatedly bend, kneel, and stretch.
• Able to remain stationary (sitting) for extended periods.
