Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Java Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Software Engineer 4 to join their team.

Job Title: Software Engineer 4

Location: Irving, Texas

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large‑scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi‑faceted, larger scale or longer‑term Software Engineering challenges requiring in‑depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi‑faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to deliver innovative solutions.
• Leverage full stack Java/React expertise, ideally with some background in Identity and Access Management.

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in full stack Java and React development.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
